  • Stride Counseling is an out-of-network provider. This means we do not accept insurance or communicate with your insurance company. However, you can use out-of-network benefits to receive reimbursement for sessions!

  • I charge $175 per 45-minute session.

  • Yes!

  • Some insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits. This means you may be able to receive reimbursement for sessions after paying in full and submitting superbills to your insurance provider. Superbills are receipts of service given by your provider (me!). To learn about your out-of-network benefits, follow the steps below.

    Step 1: Call your insurance company

    Step 2: Ask the representative the following questions:

    -What are my out-of-network benefits for mental health services?

    -Do I have a deductible that must be met before services are covered?

    -What is the process for submitting materials for reimbursement? What does the timeline for reimbursement look like?
